Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project
• Lunaris Orbit retains rights to pre-existing materials, tools, and methodologies
• Lunaris Orbit may showcase completed projects in its portfolio
• You are responsible for providing all necessary licenses for third-party components

Payment Terms

Standard payment terms include:

• 50% deposit required to start work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• All prices are in EUR unless otherwise specified

Project Timeline

We strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines. However, timelines may be extended due to factors such as delayed client feedback, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. All services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

Lunaris Orbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed to date based on the project's percentage of completion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
